The Group's in-house design teams provide a complete service for clients, with an on-going investment programme which ensures that we are always at the 'cutting edge' in computer software development. Our workload divides almost equally between pre-engineered schemes and full design-and-build work. We can provide full frame design, connection design or both, using preferred software and construction codes and practices, which are constantly monitored and maintained for compliance with current industry standards.

We also offer unique solutions for long span steel beams for cold and fire conditions which, when augmented by our experience of fabrication methods, enable us to produce the most efficient designs for manufacture with the enhancement of added value.

As a further aspect of our client service, CAD draughtsmen can produce schematic frame designs to illustrate our ideas and philosophies, or provide alternative solutions to assist the Consulting Engineers in assessing project-specific time and financial savings proposals.

Full frame designs, supported by calculations produced in detail by our design team's software packages, are produced to our clients' requirements. This can have a dramatic effect on both price and programme, produced by our early involvement in design development and raw material specification for efficiency and supply.
