It is being built using advanced-yet proven, technology in order to provide an efficient and flexible power station to meet future energy supply requirements. Once completed the CCGT (combined cycle gas turbine) will supply enough energy for approximately 1.5 million homes.

Fisher Engineering is providing the connection design, fabrication and erection of approximately 5,000 tonnes of structural steelwork that will be utilised within the project.

Included in the works is the supply and fixing of edge protection and stairs throughout.
