| We aim to minimize the negative impact that our business has on the environment by the use of effective waste management systems, supplier selection, design techniques and research into the development of environmentally friendly processes and products. |

| The economic aim of our business is to grow in a controlled, profitable manner, and we see sustainability policies as a key factor in achieving this objective. |

We will use monitored Health and Safety management systems to protect our people in their place of work.
Sufficient management resource will be devoted to this process to ensure that practices remain enforced.
